Life can be difficult. Feelings of depression and anxiety are widespread. Sometimes we need to make changes in order to improve our situation. However, this thought alone can feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling isolated and lonely. It can be difficult to know where to start, it can be even more difficult to ask for help. Hearing your thoughts out loud, with a professional can be an opportunity to gain clarity and begin the process of change. They say "nothing changes if nothing changes", and I am a therapist who is resourceful and optimistic and who truly believes that a small change in the way we think can make a big difference to the way we feel.
